Terms of Service

These terms govern the relationship between Ecom Grow 365 ("we", "us") and any individual or business ("you", "client") that engages us for seller account management services on Amazon, Flipkart and/or Meesho.

1. Services provided

Depending on what you sign up for, our services may include: A-Z account handling (listing creation, cataloging, inventory and price management, customer query resolution), brand approval and A+ content, organic growth/SEO strategy, rating and review management, product photography, and image editing. Photography, image editing and A+ content are scoped and quoted separately from the monthly retainer.

2. Pricing & billing

Fees are billed monthly per marketplace and are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices may be revised with prior notice to the client.

3. Client responsibilities

• Providing timely access to your seller dashboard(s) and any credentials needed to perform the agreed work.
• Providing accurate product information, inventory levels, and pricing guidance.
• Ensuring your products and business comply with the respective marketplace's policies and applicable law.

4. No guaranteed results

We use industry-standard, ethical strategies to grow visibility and organic orders. However, sales outcomes depend on many factors outside our control — including marketplace algorithm changes, competition, product quality, and pricing — so we do not guarantee specific sales figures, rankings, or timelines.

5. Cancellation

Plans are billed monthly. Either party may discontinue the engagement with notice as agreed at the time of onboarding. Marketplace account access can be revoked by the client at any time directly from their seller dashboard.

6. Confidentiality

We treat your account credentials, business data, and sales information as confidential and use them only to deliver the agreed services.

7. Limitation of liability

Ecom Grow 365 will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, arising from actions taken by marketplace platforms (such as listing suspensions or policy enforcement) that are outside our reasonable control.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in New Delhi having jurisdiction over any disputes.
