Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for the two types of offerings on this site: digital keyword packs (instant-download Excel files) and ongoing services (account management, courses).

1. Digital keyword packs

Keyword research packs are delivered instantly as a downloadable file upon successful payment. Because the product is delivered digitally and can be accessed immediately:

If you face a technical issue with your download, contact us within 48 hours of purchase at ecomgrow365@gmail.com with your order ID, and we'll resend the correct file or issue a refund if the issue can't be resolved.

2. Account management services

For monthly retainer services (Amazon / Flipkart / Meesho account management):

• You may cancel your plan for any upcoming billing cycle by notifying us before the next billing date. Work already completed in the current cycle is non-refundable.
• If you cancel mid-cycle, no partial refund is issued for the days already used, but no further billing will occur.
• One-time services (brand approval setup, photography, A+ content) are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they involve upfront time and resources.

3. E-Commerce courses

• Course access is granted immediately upon payment.
• Refund requests made within 24 hours of purchase, before accessing course material, may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Once course material has been accessed, the purchase is non-refundable.

4. How to request a refund or cancellation

Write to us at ecomgrow365@gmail.com or call +91 87098 42624 with your order/payment reference. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
